We are seeking energetic and ambitious individuals who recognize that good service and product knowledge are the two most important features of a retail store.

Customer Service Trainer: Hourly position with competitive wage with future growth potential due to our promote from within philosophy. Job Summary: Act in tandem with the store management team to promote outstanding service, train and devlop others on product knowledge and enjoy making others better at their job. Responsible for working with team associates on customer service, selling skills, and product knowledge. The position is expected to perform a wide variety of activities aimed at driving sales and service. Service as the subject matter expert and is responsible for ensuring that all customer service intiatives are implemented and executed per Company standards. Is a part time or full time position and requires full availability including nights and weekends. Reports directly to Store Management and is expected to coordinate and deliver training to associates. Will spend most of the time working on the sales floor, training, and devoting time to selling activities.

Requirements

Previous retail experience is preferred, but we are willing to train.
