Department Supervisor

• Should currently be in  an hourly supervisor role, team lead or hourly management position.

• Experienced with opening and closing retail establishment.

• Lead and direct training, customer service, merchandising and operations

Department Supervisor: Acts in leadership role to promote outstanding service and ensure smooth daily operations. Our Dept. Supervisors are responsible for assisting Store and Assistant Managers in executing daily priorities, in leading the store staff in the absence of the Store or Assistant Managers, and in maintaining speicific areas or departments within the store. Requirements- Excellent customer service skills, excellent supervisory skills including: a strong sense of urgency, good attention to detail, creative problem soliving, effective delegation and follow up, and the ability to get the team to execute priorities. Shows the ability to be a role model and consistently exhibit the highest level of professionalism and integrity. Has the ability to work a flexibile schedule including weekend and night shifts. Minmum of 2+ years of supervisor experience in a retail or similar envornment. Prior experience in a fast paced, customer service industry is preferred.
