An Andretti Track Attendant is responsible for anticipating guest needs, and exceeding guest service expectations all while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere. All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas, in many capacities, and following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality Guest satisfaction.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Anticipates and responds to Guests in a friendly and positive manner with a sense of urgency.
- Observes, instructs and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence.
- Assists with Guest recovery and notifies manager to ensure positive Guest experiences.
- Communicates clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers.
- Works as a team player in meeting guests needs, and actively contributes to the efforts of other departments.
- Attends all required department and company meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain a clean work area in compliance with Andretti Indoor Karting & Games policies and procedures.
- Knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures.
- Performs Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.
- Proper uniform according to Andretti Indoor Karting and Games guidelines.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and eagerness to learn new skills.
- Project and articulate racing requirements and safety guidelines in a friendly and confident manner to Guests
- Provide a safe racing experience for every participating Guest.
- Energetic work ethic with a sense of urgency.
- Conscientiously maintain, repair and clean Karts, track and briefing areas.
- Process Guest races in the Point of Sale and Timing systems.
Requirements
Prior guest service experience is preferred. A Drug Test and Background Check is required prior to employment. The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an Andretti Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of their job. - Performs functions which require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing and stocking up to 100lbs.
- Walk, run, jump or stand for long periods of time.
- Desire to smile throughout shift.

- The environment includes bright, dim or flashing lights, loud sounds and fast moving vehicles.
- Ability to use a point of sale system and other electronic equipment as needed.
