Receptionist

We are currently seeking a RECEPTIONIST/ OFFICE Clerk who is sharp, reliable, professional to manage our front desk. While this position entails managing the front desk and general office task this individual will also be responsible for interacting with our customers as well as the company’s executives. This position reports to the General Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct guests to appropriate staff for assistance
  • Sign for packages and deliveries
  • Answers and screens telephone calls in a professional and timely manner; takes accurate messages with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy
  • Exercises considerable judgment and discretion in handling requests for appointments and telephone calls
  • Ensure reception area is organized and clean
  • Order all supplies for the office and track the expenses
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Provide overflow assistance to all employees
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 4 years office experience in a receptionist / administrative role with increased responsibility
  • Strong working knowledge of Quickbooks
  • Exceptional Bilingual (English/Spanish) interpersonal and communication skills (English/Spanish)
  • Must be detail-oriented and have strong organization skills
  • Must be a self-starter that is punctual, dependable, and honest
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
