Job Description

We have an immediate opening for an Account Services Night Manager/Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to lead and coach others.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for departmental goals to ensure that the targets defined by the organization are achieved.

Compensation & Employment Details:

  • Base + Commission
  • Full-time position
  • Evening hours, with potential weekend hour

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree in Business or related field a plus
  • 10 years customer service experience in a call center/collections environment
  • 2 years prior management experience
  • Proven ability to manage and motive staff
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and organization skills
  • Working knowledge of compliance with Federal and State Laws
  • Proficient in MS Office, internet/search engine savvy
  • Problem – solving aptitude

Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of effective collections/customer service strategies and training materials
  • Ensure the integrity of the receivable file and credit ratings on delinquent accounts
  • Hire, develop, train, and coach employees
  • Evaluate and monitor employees to ensure collection policies/procedures are followed
  • Monitor communications between employees and customers; coach/train as needed
  • Collector assistance reports – analyze and review with collectors for training
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely transfer of information
