Job Description

The District Manager will be responsible for sales management, operations, and human resources in their assigned district to ensure maximum productivity and profitability. Responsibilities include recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company's vision, customer experience and financial strategies for the stores in an assigned district. The District Manager will lead the district through inspiring and directed communication, team building and establishing effective business relationships. This District Manager will oversee the Gymboree brand's New England district and should be based in New Hampshire. Reporting to the Regional Director, this role regularly interacts with the business partners from the corporate office.

Job Requirements

  • BA Degree or related field of study preferred
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of apparel district management experience
  • Must have strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic company
  • Must be able to travel on a regular basis
