Job Description

MeyerDC, a national distributor and industry leader in health and wellness product distribution for over 60 years, is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing and growing our retail channel.

We have expanded to a new 70,000 square foot facility in Hudson, Ohio! This contemporary facility provides an energetic and open environment where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged. Our core values promote professional and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

·        Manage a team of channel specialists

·        Support and influence the omni-channel strategic vision

·        Lead and manage weekly eCommerce meeting

·        Drive the execution of marketing plans from inception to completion, working closely with Marketing and external teams

·        Analyze market and trends and identify opportunities to drive incremental growth

·        Create, implement and enforce company channel policies

·        Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and report to appropriate parties

·        Oversee the content and design aspects for omni-channel campaigns

·        Understand and deliver on the omni-channel experience goals of the business

·        Report on key performance metrics across individual omni-channel campaigns

·        Capture insights and develop best practices

·        Lead specific marketing campaigns for omni-channel priorities including developing marketing briefs by channel

·        Develop effective campaign briefs to direct the activation of marketing campaigns including detailed channel planning based on shopper insights and segmentation analysis

Requirements:

·        3-5 years of channel management experience

·        Amazon experience preferred

·        Knowledge of omni-channel components

·        Creative eye

·        Strong negotiation skills

·        Excellent computer skills, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project

·        Highly organized and strong attention to detail

·        Passion for digital projects
