Warehouse Team Lead

Warehouse Team Leaders begin their career by undergoing a thorough and comprehensive training/safety program. While in training, you will work closely with experienced Warehouse Supervisors and Employees, learning the skill sets necessary for success in your new role.  Once trained, Warehouse Team Leaders will manage the daily operation of the warehouse, and will be directly responsible for 20-35 Warehouse Employees.

Job Specifications:

• Management experience is preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A high school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred
• Must be able to work a rotating weekend schedule
• Perform all tasks accurately and efficiently
• Act and decide independently within your area of delegated responsibility
• Lead and motivate a group of Warehouse Employees
• Communicate operational details and company objectives to employees
• Communicate effectively with store and office personnel, as well as upper management
• Operate within ALDI policies and procedures to achieve accuracy and efficiency expectations
