Fraud Prevention Full Time Bilingual - Full-time

ATTENTION ALL NIGHT OWLS: We are currently hiring FULL TIME Fraud Representatives for our night shift.

Bilingual, Fraud Prevention Representatives MUST be fluent in both Spanish and English (reading and writing). Bilingual, Fraud Prevention Representatives routinely engage card members for the purpose of verifying potential fraudulent activity on accounts identified as having potential suspicious activity identified by the various detection systems. Representatives initiate card member contact by means of an automated dialer, and/or inbound calls resulting from automated voice messages, text or email alerts. Representatives are required to utilize specific call handling procedures for the purpose of mitigating potential fraud losses while branding the Discover Product to create a rewarding and engaging experience for our customers.

Key Skills/Qualifications:

1. MUST be fluent in both Spanish and English (reading and writing).

2. Capable of building customer loyalty through listening, relationship building, and professional and persuasive communication skills.

3. Good analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

4. Must have acceptable attendance, behavior and performance.

5. Must be adaptable and able to see the benefits of change.

6. Must be able to multitask different computer systems at the same time, while handling call volumes.

7. Ability to work in a fast paced, production oriented environment.

8. Effective utilization of the various Skip Tracing tools available to assist in the authentication process.

9. Ensure adherence to all Security related policies & proceduresUtilization of active listening skills and appropriate acknowledgment statements.

Training:

1. Start date: 4/2/18

2. 6 weeks in a classroom, Monday - Friday from 12:30 PM - 9 PM.

3. 4 weeks in a training bay, 12:30 PM - 9 PM.

Schedule after training:

1. Full time hours

2. Schedules range between 4:30 PM - 2:00 AM.

3. Some weekends and Holidays are required.

Pay/Benefits:

1. $14.00 / Hour

2. Night Shift Differential available.

3. Benefits start on day one (Including: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Tuition Reimbursement and Paid Time Off).
