INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE - NO SELLING! An insurance plan administrator just outside downtown Chattanooga is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR). The Customer Service Representative will correspond with members and doctors to gain information to process insurance claims. MUST have customer service experience with a health insurance carrier. Monday-Friday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Starting pay is $12/hour; $13.50/hour + GREAT benefits package after probationary period
