HUMAN RESOURCE Assistant – Temporary position

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assists with administration of HRIS and maintain accurate masterdata.
  2. Filing and maintenance of employee files.
  3. Assist with recruitment, selection, and hiring process.
  4. Assist with employee communication and requests.
  5. Effectively maintains Human Resource records and utilizes HR systems.
  6. Accurately drafts HR related documents, presentations and reports.
  7. Actively assists with Workers’ Compensation administration.
  8. Effectively performs HR administration duties in a timely manner.
  9. Assist with HR projects as needed.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  1. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, both within the H.R. Department and interfacing with others in the organization.
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  3. Excellent verbal and written skills.
  4. Excellent Microsoft Office skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel a must.
  5. Ability to interface with all levels of management.
  6. Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
  7. Knowledge of current Human Resource practices preferred.
  8. Excellent presentation skills.
  9. Ability to be flexible and handle multiple tasks.


Education and Experience:

High School Diploma required

Human Resource Experience a plus
