Job Summary:

Job Profile Summary

Under the supervision of the Medical Director, Occupational Health manages and oversees the Caring for Caregivers Program (CFC) designed to maximize workplace wellbeing. Facilitates the development of an integrated CFC service model that includes the Employee Assistance Program, Licensed Professionals Health Program, Physician Health Program, Wellbeing and Prevention initiatives. Manages and promotes activities for the Caring for Caregivers program.

Responsibilities:

* Leads initiatives in the development and enhancement of programs and services.

* Creates a strategic path to increase caregiver participation with the wide variety of programs and services.

* Designs and develops of policies and procedures for an integrated operating model.

* Designs and develops communication, education and prevention strategy.

* Develops, collects, analyzes and reports program metrics.

* Provides subject matter expertise and consultation in the areas of employee behavior, behavioral health and impaired professionals.

* Directs oversight of the Licensed Professionals Health Program (LPHP) Program. Provides individual consultations and case management.

* Daily operations' responsibilities include staffing, budgeting and quality assurance.

* Other tasks as assigned.

Education:

* Master's degree in mental health field required.

Certifications:

* Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Professional Clinical Counselor (PCC) with supervision designation or related mental health field with current independent state license.

* Related specialist credentials, such as the Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) and/or (LICDC) in chemical dependency counseling is preferred.

Complexity of Work:

* Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment and the ability to work autonomously.

* Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Work Experience:

* Minimum five years of experience post master' s degree, including broad exposure to chemical dependency and psychiatric diagnosis.

* Administrative and management experience.

* Experience consulting with senior level management regarding psychological health concerns.

* Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

* Previous experience in EAP, with licensing boards and/or healthcare professional's impairment and rehabilitation strongly preferred.

Personal Protective Equipment:

* Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
