Essential Functions:

Area Director is responsible the leadership of an area of 15-50 restaurants.

  • Maximize area profit and sales objectives; including providing leadership and direction to subordinates for the achievement of their assigned territory objectives in profit and sales vs prior year.
  • Achieves total restaurant service excellence using the provided tools and resources to create an atmosphere of Uncommon Hospitality for both internal and external customers.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of the area’s marketing plan and monitors market conditions to maximize sales opportunities and minimize competitor intrusion.
  • Effectively utilizes all tools and resources available, in conjunction with the Marketing Director, to execute all promotions and programs.
  • Determines management needs and selects quality management candidates in partnership with the human resources team. Recommend and effect transfers, promotions, and terminations for management employees. Coach and develop managers to maximize their contributions and growth.
  • Ensures all food safety procedures are executed according to the Company policies and health/sanitation regulations; takes corrective action as appropriate.
  • Maintains acceptable evaluation scores in all areas of customer service, quality, facility, operations, food safety, and people development in accordance with Company standards. Creates and monitors corrective actions as necessary.


Requirements:
College Degree or equivalent operational experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a multi-unit manager in the QSR industry
Excellent Business Acumen skills; thorough understanding of profitability and cash flow
Proven People Development skills
Excellent customer service skills with a passion for service excellence
Strong Food Safety and QSC standards
