Certified Pharmacy Techniciian

Primary Responsibilities:* Enter/maintan patient profiles in pharmacy information system (QS1)* Enter new prescription information into pharmacy information system for pharmacist verification.* Process prescription refill requests* Answer incoming phone calls* Fill prescriptions for pharmacist verification* Prepare compounded medications/complete documentation for pharmacist review* Prepare IV medications/complete documentation for pharmacist review* Assist in maintaining pharmaceutical inventory **Order medications, stock drug shelves, clean drug bay shelving, remove expiring medications from stock.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date prescription files* Maintain delivery receiptsAdditional Responsibilities:* Assist with the adjudication of prescription claims* Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with management, partners, and customers.* Clean and help maintain prescription filling areas and equipment.Required Qualifications:* State Pharmacy Technician License (in good standing)* PTCB certification is a must* High School Diploma or equivalent* Strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy* Strong ability to multi-task* Strong customer service skills* Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others* High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information* Independent, self-motivator* Positions offer a competitive wage with: * Health Benefit Plan* Dental and Vision Insurance* Employee Stock Plan* Earned Time Off* 401K* Drug Screen, Background Check, and Competency Test requiredAs a recipient of federal financial assistance, Network HealthCare does not exclude, deny benefits to, or otherwise discriminate against any person on the grounds of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender, or on the basis of disability or age in admission to, participation in, or receipt of their services and benefits of any of its programs and activities or in employment.
