The Full Compass Customer Service Department is looking to add outgoing and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Professionals to its Customer Service team. Responsibilities include providing top-notch customer service; account management; maintaining a high level of product knowledge in all areas of the industry; and developing long term customer relationships with customers.  Opportunities to advance!

Requirements include:

  • Superb verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Excellent telecommunication skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous sales experience a plus
  • Basic product knowledge in Professional Audio, Video, A/V, Lighting and Musical Instruments
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task
