About this job
Seasonal Maintenance Crew assists the Director of Maintenance in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant standards for 26 Dunkin Donuts locations. This seasonal position is part-time, paying $11/hour and is estimated to be Monday-Friday from May to August; hours and duration may fluctuate based on project demand.
Maintenance Crew responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Painting
- Power washing
- General exterior upkeep
- Some interior upkeep

Requirements
Job Requirements
- No maintenance experience required
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Drivers License with reliable transportation
- Willing to travel an estimated 60 mile radius
- Ability to reach and to lift materials weighing up to 70 pounds
- Manual dexterity, overall coordination and good balance required
- Mental alertness to ensure safe and accurate completion of work activities
- Flexible with a changing schedule
- Ability to learn new tasks and procedures
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
