PM Shuttle Drive

SSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Comply with all company/hotel standards and policy as established in the employee handbook   

Ensure van is in proper working condition and clean 

Perform walk-through of vehicle at the beginning and end of shift; checking for damages, fluid levels, tire pressure, etc.

Respond to all guest requests and needs including,  but not limited to assisting with luggage, provide assistance on/off the vehicle

Follow all driving rules and regulations as required by law

Drop-off and pick-up hotel guests and/or personnel to designated location(s) within the approved distance from the hotel or as instructed by managers

Enforce rules and safety procedures

Sweep inside of van and clear debris as necessary

Clean windows as necessary

Assist in picking up supplies, purchases and deliveries

Report all repair needs and discrepancies to supervisor

Report all incidents/accidents to supervisor

Ensure van has adequate fuel during the shift and for the scheduled trips

Complete all required reports, records and/or logs

Deliver van for scheduled repairs, maintenance or cleaning

Attend all mandatory meetings and mandatory hotel functions

Maintain and organize all work areas

Other duties as required

Clean driving record

Previous shuttle transportation experience preferred

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or GED equivalent

Commercial Driver’s License a plus

LANGUAGE AND MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to effectively communicate with employees, guests and supervisors

Basic math skills

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License

Compensation: 11.00
