Cashier/FOH - Full-time / Part-time

Job Summary

Performs a variety of duties for counter service including greeting and serving customers, receiving payments, maintaining cash drawers, beverage preparation, stocking counters and holding cabinets.

Responsibilities and Duties

Greet customers, take food and beverage orders, and in some cases expedite food order.
Correctly receives payment by cash, check, credit cards or gift-cards in accordance with company policies.
Correctly issues receipts, refunds, credits, or change to customers in accordance with company policies.
Counts money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
Calculates total payments received during a time period, and reconciles this with total sales.
Answering phone and taking phone orders.

High school diploma or equivalent desired but not essential for prep area.
Must be able to perform simple math calculations and make change.
Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Must have the ability to lift, stoop, and bend.
Must have the ability to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds frequently.
