Staffmark has an exciting direct hire opportunity for Technical Support Representatives at one of the country's leading providers of wireless technical support.
We need exciting people looking for a career, full-time, direct hire opportunity in a call center technical support position. The Technical Support Representatives are the front line of support for millions of people. YOU can save someone's day by:

Solving problems across hardware, software OS, apps and compatibility
Supporting products across Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, Apple IOS, wireless technology, equipment and application

Qualifications:

Focused, yet personable, patient, empathetic and solutions-oriented.
Top-notch customer service, communication and listening skills.
Comfortable learning about a variety of technology platforms with learning the latest and greatest updates and manage multiple applications running at the same time.
Self-motivated, stays on task, and takes initiative for first call resolution
Working knowledge and/or ability to learn multiple hardware platforms and operating systems including: Windows, Android, Blackberry OS and Apple IOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment and applications.
Flexibility with Training and Production Schedules

Requirements

???High school diploma or GED and preferred & 1 year of customer service experience.
???Certifications and degrees (related to IT or Computer Science) preferred
???Available to attend six-week training on a fixed schedule that may include weekends.
???Flexible to work between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. including weekends and holidays with the possible to flex up or down on hours depending on business needs.
???Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
???Bilingual (Spanish-English) communication skills are a plus.
