Cost Accountant
Responsible for maintaining accurate standard costs and budgets with managing actual spend. You will work to continuously improve the usability of the system applications, develop and implement critical busines reports and support users. The Cost Accountant/Analyst takes an active role in the daily management of the business, working with all levels of management and reporting to the Controller.
Located in Franklin OHIO.

Requirements
Experience/Education
? Bachelor???s Degree in Accounting
? Minimum of 3 years of Cost Accounting experience in a Manufacturing Environment
? Experience with EPICOR
? Must have a strong Cost systems background and have excellent analytical skills
? Sound understanding of accounting principles and GAAP
? Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel pivot tables and ODCB
? Working knowledge of Crystal report writer or SQL Server reporting services preferred
? Ability to translate and refine customer reporting requests into actionable objective
? Extremely organized and detail oriented
? Strong inter-personal communication skills
