Top western Region Nationwide Insurance agency looking to add associate agent producers & Customer Service Representitives focused on insurance sales- marketing and service.
Agency will provide office, support staff, training, leads (both current client and new), marketing material, advertising and a friendly office environment.
For Sales Assocites :
-Guaranteed salary for the first 2 years plus commission, bonuses and residual . Producer will receive new and renewal commission ( $30k Salary min ). Producer will have weekly goals for out-bound calls, quotes and sales. Position requires extensive phone work and outside sales calls to potential new business clients. Must know rater FSC, Hawksoft, Mirosoft (Excel,Word) , must have all licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance. . ( commercial producer can earn up to $75k in first year )
For C/S Rep
- Full time employment, Hourly wages start at Min $12.50 must know Hawksoft MGMNT
-Commercial C/S can earn up to $20 per hour.
