Create high quality poke dishes including cooking rice, creating custom sauces, and cutting vegetables * Sushi Chef: knife skill and fish knowledge* Ensure all operating standards including food safety * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep stations* Order and receive raw materials and dry goods* Maintain daily production records* Perform monthly inventories and training of new team members* Complete opening and closing duties efficiently and safely * Complete all assigned daily, weekly and monthly cleaning dutiesOther positions include:2 line cooks (no experience to moderate experience) will train2 porters / dishwashers 1 cashierMust be able to work various shifts per week and be flexible to work on the weekend.Minimum 5 to 6 days per week, schedule will be covered during interviewFull-time/Part-time position -- Must be able to work either morning shifts 5 days a week or night shifts 5 days a week.
