Utility Workers at Saint Anselm College

Saint Anselm College, a Catholic liberal arts college in the Benedictine tradition, is seeking a full-time, academic-year Utility Worker in our Dining Services. This team member will work in various areas of the dining service operation to assist as needed with routine food service tasks. May be assigned to work in the dish room, in the servery, or kitchen.

When assigned to the dish room job tasks would include, clearing of food trays, rinsing dishes and trays and loading dishes into the dish washer and unloading and putting away clean dishes, sweeping, mopping floors and taking out the trash. When assigned to the kitchen, job tasks would include scrubbing pots and pans, removing trash and mopping work areas as needed. Kitchen assignment may also include the washing and peeling vegetables. When assigned to the servery tasks include serving food to customers, cleaning and restocking.

Required Skills:

Physical ability to perform all primary job duties required, and familiarity with commercial kitchen operations is helpful.
