LARGE CALL CENTER IN SOUTH ST PETERSBURG IS LOOKING TO ADD TO THEIR GROWING TEAM! SHIFT: 8AM-5PM MONDAY-FRIDAY PAY: 13/HR. JOB DUTIES: Identify transactional errors, discrepancies, large and/or unusual transactions or trends, and potential fraudulent submissions Identify problems with processes, technology, and/or procedures, and recommend and develop improvements Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear, professional and straightforward manner. Ability to multitask as well as handle multiple customer issues simultaneously. Ability to manage time well for your entire team. Ability to diffuse escalated customer situations through high-level problem solving. Ability to communicate with all levels of management
