Randstad is seeking an experienced Title Processor to work with a top title client of ours in Maitland! Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting with obtaining and reviewing contracts Requesting Title searches Preparing closing packagings Supporting 1 to 2 Closing Managers Backup front desk and additional admin duties Search, analyze, and evaluate records on titles to land, homes, and buildings. May prepare leases, grants and deeds. Review data and submit reports. Verify ownership, legal description, and zoning ordinances of properties. Review data and submit reports. Working hours: Monday - Friday 8-5 Skills: Qualifications: Fast learner Team Player
