Assistant Manager

We are currently seeking a full-time assistant manager to assist the duties of the Director of Operations. Past experience in customer service is required. The Assistant Manager will work with the Director of Operations and General Manager to lead, manage, plan, direct, and control all aspects of the Park. This includes managing and directing all activities, event and programs associated with the Park in accordance with Renaissance Fun Park policies and procedures and ethical business practices. The ideal candidate will be an intelligent, hardworking individual with leadership and proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage revenues and expenses.

Requirements

• Flexible work schedule must be able to work weekends, nights, holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day)
• Managers should expect to work six days a week and approximately 40+ hours per week
• 3-5 years of experience in a guest service industry in a supervisory or management role or an equivalent combination is preferred.
• Prior experience in the amusement/theme park industry or high volume tourist based entertainment venue is a plus
• Positive Attitude

• Be able to pass a background check

Compensation

• Based on experience, $35,000+
• Bonus and Commission opportunities
