Aquabrite pool finishes

we are a full service pool company in business for 25 years. we have a new department that applies a one of a kind lifetime guarantee finish to swimming pool plaster. The technique we use is called eccofinish or aquabrite and it is similar to powder coating parts but we are doing it to swimming pools. we are currently seeking 4 guys for our prep crew with drivers license. what you will be doing is following the lead of the person trainimg you until you are comfortable with what your doing. while training we are paying $12 hour. the faster you learn the process and can do jobs on your own that is when youll start to get raises. . If you finish your job in one day you'll make commission that typically averages out to $15-$20 hr based on how long it takes you to finish the job. We work in two man crews and your daily job duties will involve using muratic acid, scrub brushes, pressure washers, some plaster and crack repair when needed and getting the pool prepped accordingly. The job really is not hard labor, it just has to be done a specific way, the same way for every pool. You or anyone you know will not have any experience in this trade because it is so new. Our company has exclusive rights to the product and its use in the dfw area.

pay raises and advancement are based on work ethic and understanding and doing the job as you were trained.
