Job Description
Industrial Mill Maintenance, Inc. is currently seeking individuals to become part of our management team. Position is in the steel industry working in a facility specializing in railcar shipping. Must be able to work rotating shifts. Competitive wages and paid vacation. Benefit package available that includes 401k, medical/dental/vision coverage and life insurance.
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in industrial operations.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Solid computer skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
- Ability to work as a member of a team.
- Effective leadership skills and experience leading a team to achieve positive results.
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety procedures and regulations.
- Must be able to pass drug and criminal background screening.
