Job Description
The Cutters role varies dependent on table assignment. In general saw or knives are utilized for the trimming and cutting of subprimals to meet required specifications.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Portion Control to exacting ounce requirements
Trimming of Product to meet trim specs
Provide immediate feedback to QA for any issues with subprimal integrity or consistency
Follow all Safe Handling and S.O.P mandates
Responsible for helping maintain integrity of finished product with consistency and efficiency.
Ability to monitor production flow to meet daily needs and stock par levels.
Assist with set up required at assigned table.
Responsible for logout and login of all knives.
Responsible for scale maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Experience:
Experience in a fast-paced environment helpful; Must have excellent knife skills. Saw and portion control experience a plus.
Other:
Goal driven and committed to long-term employment.
Testing will be required
