Job Description
Sansone Group, a full service commercial and residential real estate firm is seeking a full time collection manager/ assistant manager. Qualified candidate must be detail oriented and fluent in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities will include tenant rent collections, coordinating legal action with attorneys, and monthly reporting to owners. Additionally, the candidate will assist Property Managers with vendor management, tenant relations and financial reporting.
