To assist the team, and support the US domestic business in all operational, order processing and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Order Processing and Operational support

To organize the receipt, processing, management and dispatch of orders in a timely and efficient manner, including, but not limited to:

  • Processing orders on a daily basis of manually transmitted Purchase Orders.
  • Work closely with the Allocations team to ensure product has been allocated to support customer orders.
  • Keeping Customers, Account Managers and Agents updated with order status where necessary.

 

Administration

  • Provide support to Operations team and Account Managers as required on new domestic account set-ups, including but not limited to, customer special pricing, customer address updates, item set ups, etc.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

Education – High School or Equivalent

Excellent PC Skills – Microsoft Excel a must

Bi-lingual in Spanish/English beneficial

 

Wage range: $11.00-$12.00   Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision and life insurance.
