Responsibilities:

  • Performs maintenance and executes preventative maintenance program (PM) as scheduled by Assistant Maintenance Manager
  • Duties may include; appliance repair/replacement, HVAC, plumbing, basic electrical, sheet rock repair/replacement, painting, general carpentry, housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, irrigation repair, snow removal, and other duties as required
  • Maintains all engineering tools and spaces in clean, safe and secure working order
  • Updates supervisor on inventory levels to ensure orders are placed in a timely manner
  • Performs duties as assigned in a safe and timely manner
  • Delivers superior customer service and represents the company in a professional matter at all times
  • Motivated, service oriented, self-starter with the ability to complete tasks with limited supervision.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and equipment use preferred
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills required
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently is required
  • Weekend, holiday, and/or on call shifts may be required
  • Ability to continuously stand or walk
  • Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs or ladders, and lift frequently
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
