GM OPENING: SpringHill Suites Webster / NASA Johnson Space Center

Concord Hospitality is currently seeking an experienced GM to lead our team at our SpringHill Suites hotel located in the Southeast area of Houston in Webster Texas near the NASA Johnson Space Center. This 121 room hotel is located conveniently off of I-45, 14 miles from William Hobby Airport, 9 miles from the famous Kemah Boardwalk and 27 miles from Galveston Island. The area besides NASA has various corporate parks, restaurants and shopping. Hotel features 2 event rooms a formal boardroom as well as a secondary space that is just under 400 sq ft seating up to 50 attendees. It the ideal location for both corporate and leisure travelers. Currently 95% of guests recommend this hotel and the hotel ranks 4.6 out of 5.0 in overall customer ratings.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in select service hotel operations, currently a seasoned hotel Assistant General Manager or General Manager, market experience helpful and Marriott experience preferred.

General Manager Job Summary: Administers, directs and controls all the operations of the hotel. Accountable for achieving budgeted revenues and profit margins while in accordance with established objectives, policies, and procedures. Our GM’s are active leaders and are highly involved in guest interaction, associate engagement in training and motivation, as well as serve as role models for our company in the community through involvement in city organizations and networking.
