Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Graphic Production Assistant for a Portable Flooring Company located in Chattanooga, TN. This is a temp-to-hire position.
Pay rate: $10 - $12 per hour (Based on experience)
Shift: 8am 5pm, Monday Friday
JOB SUMMARY: The Graphic Production Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the production of large format graphic stencils and logos. We are looking for an artistic, energetic individual that likes working with their hands. Must be quality conscious and work quickly under deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Fulfill customer based production orders in a timely and efficient manner
Stand and work over a waist high table when preparing graphic orders
Stand for long periods of time and the ability to lift 40+ pounds periodically
Follow and understand quality guidelines and graphic layouts
Ability to work independently with a self-motivated attitude; capable of executing multiple projects simultaneously.
Load materials on/into printer and/or laminator, which may require some lifting of 40 pounds or more
Troubleshoot problems as they arise with both the creative team and printer or digital outlet.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Be available to work overtime occasionally
Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Customer based production experience
Must demonstrate extreme attention to detail
Have a good work ethic and be able to produce high volume, high quality work
Have good communication and interpersonal skills
Background check and drugs screen required
