FOH RESPONSIBILITIES: Register and Dining Room Runner

  • Smiling and greeting guests when on the service line and throughout the dining area
  • Full menu knowledge
  • Thorough understanding of POS system in place and proper cash handling procedures
  • Quality and accuracy of orders
  • Delivering food to customers
  • Cleaning and maintaining the dining area
  • Follow procedures and recipes on food items
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Shift side work to include opening and closing duties

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills both in person and over phone
  • Maintain a positive, safe atmosphere and environment for both guests and coworkers

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Performs duties that require standing and fast movement throughout the kitchen and dining room. Walks and stands during the entire shift. Position requires reaching, bending, lifting, carrying, and wiping.

 

 

BOH RESPONSIBILITIES: Line Positions (Salad Table, Grill, Roll-up and Expo), Prep and Dishwasher

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and efficiency
  • Preparing food in a made- from scratch kitchen before and after service periods
  • Understanding and proper use of recipe and order screens
  • Cleaning and maintaining kitchen, dish, and prep areas
  • Shift side work to include opening and closing duties

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

  • Previous cooking experience preferred
  • Must obtain a Food Handler’s Card
  • Proper knife skills
  • Ability to operate all necessary kitchen equipment
  • Ability to handle multiple orders in a timely manner
  • Must handle food safely when prepping and cooking
  • Follow procedures and recipes on food items
  • Retain menu and product knowledge
  • Proper personal hygiene
  • Maintain Health Department Standards throughout shift
  • Professional attitude and respect of coworkers, establishment, and the brand

WORK CONDITIONS/HOURS

Works in a typical restaurant kitchen environment to include but not limited to: flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer and food processor. Hours will vary and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
