Excavator Operator NEEDED!
Excavator Operator needed for local Excavation Company.
We are a continuously growing family owned Excavation company based out of Parker, Colorado since 2008. We have expanded our Excavation company to new areas within the Denver Metro area with a large back log of work. We are searching for full or part time Equipment Operators to operate excavator, loader, skid, and roller. We are looking to add reliable and hardworking team members to an already positive team. T&R Concrete Excavation is committed to providing a climate that enhances the development of our employees while encouraging a teamwork approach.
Work Schedule: Our employees generally work Monday thru Friday.
Compensation: Our employees are paid hourly and are eligible for overtime!
Training: You will be working with an experienced operator which will walk you through the machines to safely inspect equipment and enhance your operator skills.
Team: We believe our team is part of our family which means everyone is a valuable member of T&R Concrete Excavation. The office and field work, excellent together to achieve company and individual goals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Run loader, skid steer, excavator and roller
- Safely assist in the loading and unloading of excavation equipment
- Perform frequent lifting, pulling, pushing with the ability to lift 55 lbs or more
- Check grade and able to dig to grade
- Prefer to be able to read job plans
- Adheres to safety policy and procedure
- Preform all other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Operators must be able to operate an excavator, skid steer and roller.
- Class A CDL if preferred but not required for Operators.
- Must be able to work 40+ hours a week.
- Must be able to follow directions, work supervised and unsupervised, have attention to detail, and be safety conscious.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs, reach twist, work at elevated heights and small spaces.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- MUST be DRUG FREE!!!
- Must be legal to work in the United States and be able to provide proof upon hire.
- Must be able to speak English.
