About this job

Job duties

  • Help assist customers in resolving their past due cable television service accounts.
  • Negotiating payment arrangements on past due amounts.
  • Preserve/enhance our client’s reputation by maintaining high customer service and empathetic focus to our collection approach
  • Follow established CMI policies, procedures, and training guidelines.
  • Meet call center goals and productivity standards
  • Establish payment arrangements with a sense of urgency and set deadlines
  • Serve as an active member of the team contributing to a positive work environment
  • Preserve confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Assist in special projects as requested

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Drug test and clean background required
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Some negotiation and listening skills
  • Results-oriented
  • Genuine desire to learn and succeed
  • Proficient on the computer
  • Bilingual a Plus
  • Strong work ethic and excellent attendance record
