Jack’s Maintenance Service is seeking a flexible, energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Custodial Lead to help us shine!
As a Custodial Lead, we will depend on you for a variety of job duties. You will be responsible for leading your team to ensure customer satisfaction as well as performing custodial operations. (core job responsibilities including but not limited to):
Completion of cleaning duties to company and customer standard
Perform quality inspections of entire building to ensure standards are met
Oversee and progressively train and develop employees
Ensures all policies and procedures of the company are followed
Monitor productivity and efficiencies of all employees
Maintain cooperative working relationships and excellent communication with all personnel and management
Other duties as assigned by leadership

Position contingent on the ability to pass an acceptable criminal background screening and drug test
