Starter/Marshall will be responsible for managing 1st tee and pace of play and overall player enjoyment and safety on the golf course at Eagle Ridge Golf Club
Specific Responsibilities
o The starter's primary responsibility is to make sure groups are ready to go at their designated starting time and to make sure all players are registered and properly recorded on the starting sheet. Introducing and pairing golfers.
o The starter shall be knowledgeable of all areas of Eagle Ridge Golf Club Facilities and relate course layout and conditions to all players.
o Starter/Marshall will help enforce all club rules and regulations governing the use of the golf course and carts. Safety of golfers and home owners of The Bridges is high priority.
o Ensure golf course maintains a proper speed of play and help guests with any needs during the round.
o Starter/Marshal will be available to help player services with carts and range duties.
o Starter/Marshal Assist Head Golf Professional with any and all needs.
