The Director of Logistics/Facility Maintenance is a leader who works in the restaurant and is responsible for scheduling and completion of all facility and equipment inspection, maintenance and repair.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop comprehensive schedule for recurring/preventive maintenance for facility, equipment and utility systems
• Ensure on-time completion of maintenance
• Coordinate contracted maintenance and repairs with vendors
• Ensure proper level of supplies, replacement parts and materials are bought, stored and accounted for
• Coordinates contracted cleaning of facility as needed
• Projects replacement dates for equipment and facility systems
• Provides oversight and quality assessment for daily/weekly/monthly equipment cleaning to ensure optimal performance and maximum useful life
