FLEXIBILITY IS A MUST:
Monday - Saturday 8am - 10pm EST and Sundays 9am - 6pm.
This person will be a Customer Service Representative.
This position is primarily email exchange speaking on behalf of this company's dealerships. They will be spending 90% of their time answering questions and solving problems via email.
They will also be taking inbound calls from dealerships as well. The call volume will vary. The types of issues that they can expect to come across are billing, software, systems, and inventory, as well as others that may not be foreseen right now.
They will work with multiple systems that the dealerships work with and will answer as many questions as they can by doing research and navigating through different systems.
This position requires a positive attitude and strong Call Center experience. Proficiency in computers is a MUST.
