Immediate need for Full Time Experienced Customer Service Representatives to support one of our local Medical Device clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who seeks to grow in their professional careers.

Enter order information into database, and assist with general inquiries.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- providing outstanding customer service to clients
- entering and maintaining confidential information to database
- providing first-class service in a call center environment
- handling inquiries with appropriate and timely follow-through
- Shift start time: between 6am to 8am - 8 hour shifts M-F
Position Requirements:
- Superior customer service skills with 1-2 years experience in High Volume Call Center
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Basic computer skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Basic Medical terminology a plus
