Job Description
We are seeking a General Manager Chicago Branch International Moving And Logistics to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our Sales and Operational team.
Responsibilities:
- Bring past experience in the moving industry to expand our reach in the local market
- Supervise team of sales and operations employees
- Focus on increasing sales in all markets
- Train and evaluate employees
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in International moving and logistics, customer service, or other related fields
- Experience with trucking, moving, logistics ocean and air freight.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
