Job Description
Amaretti Desserts is looking for an energetic dependable person that has knowledge and a passion to bake.
Job duties include but not limited to:
Prep and bake all morning pastries, bake cookies, fill orders, bake and finish pies, bake all cakes and various pastries. Will be responsible for all breakfast pastries, baking and finishing of desserts for second location, cookies and doughs and various other tasks.
Minimum qualifications to apply:
Need to be available to work overnight shift, and weekend hours
1 year from scratch baking experience in a commercial kitchen
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to read a recipe and use basic measurements and weights
Detailed oriented and able to perform tasks alone with instruction
Must know basic baking techniques
Experience working with different types of dough a plus.
