About this job
MENTOR Oregon is seeking Direct Support Professionals (Caregivers) to provide assistance to adults with disabilities in a residential setting. Our DSPs provide assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. DSPs will also partner with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans to enhance the lives of those we support.
We are currently seeking on-call Direct Care staff to work a minimum of 10 hours per week in one of our residential group homes. We have multiple shifts available including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
