Established company in Johnsburg, IL is looking for a Collection Specialist. This is a full-time position with a great company. Enjoy 1 hour lunch break and 4 ten minute breaks!
Collections Specialist Duties:
- Collection calls and/or correspondence
- Customer service regarding collection issues
- Accountable for reducing delinquency of accounts
- Support accounting department and front office
Collection Specialist Qualifications:
- 2-4 years collection experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of billing and collection procedures
- Accounts receivable knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Compensation: $16 - $18/hr
