JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in reconciling pharmaceutical discount reports to ensure compliance within the program. Reconciling purchase orders for clinic pharmacy and plan medications. Assist the Finance Administrator in verifying invoices for payment, preparing receivables, and month end procedures. General administrative and clerical duties including maintaining office supplies inventory, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies. Serve as backup for bill processing for submission to third party administrator. Reconciling monthly credit card expenditures and receipts.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with QuickBooks. Professional level written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
EXPERIENCE
Bachelor''s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred or equivalent work experience. Experience in a clinical or medical setting is strongly preferred.
HOURS
32-40 hours per week Monday - Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
PAY
$14.00/hour to start
