Our organization is helping change lives every day, and we need an organized, energetic, and creative E-Commerce Assistant Team Leader for our E-Commerce team at our Fox Cities production, distribution and training facility.

The E-Commerce Assistant Team Leader is responsible for leading people and managing the day-to-day processes in Books/Media line of the E-Commerce business, with an emphasis on monitoring the processing function and productivity to ensure quality and efficiency. Processes include inventorying, listing, promotion, processing orders (pulling, packing, and shipping) and providing excellent customer service for books and media sold online.

Successful candidates will have the following experience:

  • High school and/or vocational school diploma.
  • One to three years of online sales, logistics, or customer service experience is required.
  • A minimum of one to three years of leadership experience is required.
  • Good computer skills and intermediate spreadsheet skills are required.
  • Experience working with non-profit organizations and diverse populations is a plus.

What I must bring:

  • A high school and/or HSED/GED is preferred. A minimum of one to three years of leadership experience is required.
  • Basic math skills
  • Experience with E-Commerce sales and operations is preferred
  • Experience with nonprofit organizations is desired.
  • Experience of at least an intermediate level of competency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite navigating the Internet is needed.

  • Work is performed in production and warehouse conditions.

  • Operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination, including use of a computer keyboard.
  • Operate equipment related to material handing such as pallet jacks, power pallet jacks and walking forklifts.
