Costing and Logistic Analyst
Hours are 8-5 and pay is DOE This person needs to have excellent math skills with attention to details, analytical skills and a problem solver. Manufacturing environment with experience determining cost of product for multiple vendors imported in on containers.PREFERRED.

Hours are 8-5 and pay is DOE This person needs to have excellent math skills with attention to details, analytical skills and a problem solver. Manufacturing environment with experience determining cost of product for multiple vendors imported in on containers.PREFERRED.
Duties:.
- Process and check costing on orders being shipped from warehouse as well as direct ships.
- Cost in duties and taxes on airfreight shipments as well as customs clearance fees
- Review purchase orders for material received into warehouse and drop shipped for allocation of inventory. Confirming item, quantity and cost are correct. Check packing and pricing in item master.
- Cost inbound freight for stock inventory.
- Receive in fabricated material. Issue material for used for fabrication out of inventory. Receive in PO for material shipped direct to fabricator from vendor
- Cost labor and material associated with freight charges.
- Communicate with vendors on invoice discrepancies
- Assist AP with vendor invoices and credit discrepancies
- Logistics Analyst consist of the following:
- Analyze freight invoices and match to CTL’s AR invoices or sales orders
- Work with CSR on any discrepancies
- Invoice customer for any additional and/or accessorial freight charges not applied on original invoice.
- Contact freight brokers regarding logistics, invoice cost or billing corrections
- Enter freight invoice in AP for payment
- Act as liaison between the warehouse manager and the CSR when allocated inventory is not available. Assist with adjustment in SAP per cycle count and daily adjustments.
