This position will also build quotations on standard products, write orders and communicate pertinent information on them to customers. The primary duty involves tracking and following up on the leads.

- Handle all phone inquiries
- Participating fully in training sessions, meetings,
- Inside sales after training
- Outbound and inbound account management.
- Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the related departments.
- Follow up on status of orders from related departments in ensuring the delivery commitment to clients is met.
- Emphasizing service or product features and benefits, discussing credit terms, quoting prices, and preparing sales order reports or forms.
- Min 3 years Strong customer service skills and experience processing orders
- Experience with Industrial (motion/applied) Supply House
- High mechanical aptitude. Used to working with parts
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel, Outlook; Dynamics AX a plus
- Accurate Data Entry
- Extremely detail oriented
- Good verbal and written communication skills
